Ingredients
- 2 lbs of Yucca
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves
Directions
- Put water, yucca, and salt in pot and cook until it is tender.or well cooked.
- Prepare the mojo (sauce)
- Smash garlic cloves and put in glass bowl.
- Add the oil and lime juice into the bowl with the garlic.
- Drain and serve the yucca and pour the mojo on top of it.
